Legends are created on Gold Cup Day and Friday 13 March 2020 was no different.

For the second year in a row, Willie Mullins won the Magners Cheltenham Gold Cup with Al Boum Photo, ridden by Paul Townend.

It was a Friday to remember for team Mullins as Burning Victory took the JCB Triumph Hurdle, followed by Saint Roi winning the Randox Health County Hurdle and Monkfish winning the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle just before the Magners Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Willie Mullins ended the Festival as the leading trainer and Paul Townend ended the week as leading jockey with five successes and two seconds.
