The British Horseracing Authority has confirmed that all horseracing in Britain will be suspended until the end of April. For more information click here.
Statement from the British Horseracing Authority regarding Hunter Chase racedays:
"Irrespective of when racing may return, all Hunter Chases for the remainder of the 2019/20 season, which ends in May, have been cancelled. This is due to the cancellation of the 2019/20 Point-to-Point season."
Racegoers who have purchased their April Meeting and Race Night admission tickets will receive a full refund, for more information please see our full refund policy here.
As part of our responsibilities towards racegoers and participants, we have put the following in place:
- Pre-event communication advising all customers to follow official government public health advice, which can be found here
- Posters around the racecourse as a reminder of public health advice, which includes washing your hands regularly with soap and hot water, or using antibacterial gel
Cheltenham Racecourse will continue to follow advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Public Health England, as well as that of local government.
