The Racecard acts as the bible on a raceday at Warwick Racecourse and can provide you with information about each horse, running times for the day and what to look out for around the racecourse.
Firstly, the racecard will be able to give you the timings of each race. Within each race, you will see a list of the runners and jockeys. You will see the horse's name, colourful silks worn by the jockeys and their allocated number.
If your trying to pick a winner, be certain to look out for the horse's recent form in its most recent finishing positions. This information appears in a series of numbers and some letters next to your horse’s name. A horse that hasn’t been performing well or is out of form might not be your best choice.
