The Derby Family Festival

The Derby Family Festival is a ticketed enclosure on The Hill. In a new location for 2023, closer to the action on the racetrack, there will be plenty of family fun to keep everyone from young tots to teens entertained!

With the return of the Main Stage, a new food festival, plus The Racing Showcase, there is something for everyone. All rides and activities within this enclosure are FREE! 

The Derby Festival happens during the May half term so enjoy a fantastic family day out at The Derby Family Festival. 

Picnics are welcome within this area and you can bring foldable chairs and tables, too. Our security team will check picnics at the entrance as limited alcohol is permitted per person. You can see our picnic policy here.
