APPLYING FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION
To apply for media accreditation, please email emma.blackburn@thejockeyclub.co.uk with as much notice as possible and no less than 48 hours before the fixture you would like to attend.
When completing your applications please be aware that:
- Your application does not guarantee accreditation.
- One application must be completed per person
- Applications from freelance press and photographers must be accompanied by a letter from the publishing editor of an established third party media organisation.
- If approved, photographers and film crews will need to collect the relevant armband on the day. The loss of this armband may result in a fine.

THE betfred DERBY FESTIVAL 2024
The Media accreditation window for both days of the The Betfred Derby Festival 2024 at Epsom Downs Racecourse (31st May - 1st June) is now open. To apply for accreditation for either or both days of this fixture, please visit https://jcraccreditation.thejockeyclub.co.uk/
If you have applied for accreditation at a Jockey Club racecourse before please log into your existing account and assign the venue (Epsom Downs) and date(s).
PLEASE NOTE RCA MEDIA ACCREDITATION IS NOT VALID FOR EITHER DAY OF THIS FIXTURE. ALL MEDIA MUST APPLY VIA THE JOCKEY CLUB’S ONLINE ACCREDITATION PORTAL.
Desk space is limited and is reserved for reporters filing copy on the day and photographers. Please indicate if you require a desk on this basis at the appropriate point within the application.
