CELEBRATING OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY


Bringing together local businesses, charities, schools, and community to celebrate your achievements. To submit your nominations for our Business and Community Awards, please download the form below and either email or post to our Racecourse Office. Terms and conditions apply.

COMMUNITY AWARD CATEGORIES

  • Overall Impact on the Community by an individual
  • Overall Impact on the Community by an organisation
  • Volunteer of the Year
  • Individuals, organisations or groups must reside within a 15-mile radius of Huntingdon Racecourse.
  • Winners are chosen by the Huntingdon Racecourse judging panel, from a shortlist. The team considers every nomination received.
  • We may consider your nomination in a different category if the judges decide it is appropriate.
  • Information you submit as part of the nomination may be shared at the event and for any pre, during and post publicity.
  • The judging panel chooses who they feel are the most deserving winners, regardless of the number of nominations received.
  • The Jockey Club’s Privacy Policy will apply to all nominations.

Want to promote your business at zero cost and reserve a stall space at our racecourse on Sunday the 5th November? To do this please email huntingdon@thejockeyclub.co.uk  and a member of our team will be in touch with more details. Please have requests with us by Thursday 2nd of November. 

 

DONATE TO THE RAFFLE / AWARDS 

 

To show your appreciation for the local community, we would be grateful for any prize donations towards our Community Awards or Raffle. If you would like to donate any prizes to the day, please email kimberley.whiteley@thejockeyclub.co.uk specifying whether the prize you’d like to offer is for either the Community Awards or Raffle. Please submit donations by Thursday 2nd of November. 

 

100% of raffle ticket sales will be donated to a local charity of the Racecourse Team's choice.
