The Cazoo Derby

Soak up the carnival atmosphere with live entertainment and music throughout the day at The Cazoo Derby.

THURSDAY'S PLATINUM JUBILEE CAZOO DERBY LAUNCH PARTY AND BEACON LIGHTING

 

A free community event at the racecourse to launch the Cazoo Derby and the lighting of the Epsom community beacon.

 

Join us for a Jubilee sing-along with cool and contemporary choir Vocally Bespoke. The Flying Seagull Project will be there and you'll have the chance to get your racing tips for the weekend with our Punters Panel.

 

With a special hat parade from local school children, live creation balloon crown, roaming music and multi-skilled entertainers, the day promises to be jam-packed with fun.

CAZOO LADIES DAY ENTERTAINMENT

Style Awards

  • Competition Opens at 11.00am
  • Competition Closes at 3.10pm
  • Winner presentation at 4.45pm

  • Cahoots 11.45 – 5.35

 

Keep a look out for more roaming entertainment around the Grandstand including Loud Noise, Petal People, Roaming Stars, Mark Croft, Carnival Stilts, Balloon Burst stilts, The Messagers and Elles Bells

 

Upper Tattenham

  • DJ Jeremy Galbadore playing intervals from 12.30pm – 5.35pm

 

Bandstand in the Tattenham Straight area

  • DJ Dan Flack with percussionist Assaf Seewi bring Ibiza vibes from 11.45am to 5.35pm.

 

Jubilee Family Festival

  • In the Jubilee Family Festival there will be a whole host of activities and entertainment. 

 

The Hill

  • On The Hill, in Fan Zone 2 DJ Giles Barr performing from 12.30pm – 5.35pm

 

Hyperion Lawn

  • Radio 6 Music and Radio 4 favourite Gemma Cairney will be spinning her favourite hip-hop and 90s classics on Ladies Day. Join her on Hyperion Lawn after the last race. The set will last approximately 90 minutes.

CAZOO DERBY DAY

The Platinum Jubilee celebrations will begin at approximately 12.45pm.

 

Keep your eyes peeled for The Red Devils Parachute Display Team (weather permitting). The British Army Band will perform on the racetrack.

 

As we prepare for The Cazoo Derby, all eyes will be on the track and the big screens. Keep an eye out for our roving reporter Rosie Tapner who will be out and about in the stands.
