We know no one likes to pay extra costs, so we do everything we can to keep our fees as low as we can, while still being able to offer you the best possible service.
For our live music events
When you’re booking with us, whether it's online, in person or over the phone, a 10% booking fee is applied to the face value of each ticket to cover our costs for processing the booking and maintaining our booking service to you.
We always include VAT in the headline price you see. For some Hospitality prices, we also show the VAT in brackets alongside the net price.
For all bookings
Customers who wish to purchase physical printed tickets will also pay a delivery fee covering the associated costs of fulfillment. The delivery fee is applied on an order by order basis, rather than on each ticket, and may vary depending on the type of postage requested (for example, first class or registered post options may be more expensive). The delivery fee will also be applied to tickets that you arrange to collect from us. This is to cover our costs of providing these delivery options to you.
This means the total you pay for a ticket is made up of:
The face value of the ticket;
Our 10% booking fee, if applicable; and
The relevant delivery fee applicable to the order
