We work very hard to make sure our course is accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability and whatever their needs.
At the majority of our meetings, all of our car parks are on hard standing areas, with allocated disabled bays. Our car parks on a raceday are manned by marshals who will allocate the bays on a first come first served basis. On busier racedays, such as the 32Red Winter Festival, some parking areas are on grass.
Assistance Dogs are welcome but we ask that they are kept on a lead or harness at all times. We ask that our disabled visitors ensure that Assistance Dogs wear their jacket showing clear identification as an Assistance Dog.
If you need an assistant to accompany you to the races, a complimentary admission ticket will be provided for the carer at all fixtures. To enquire about a complimentary ticket for a carer please call Charlotte James-Reid on 01932 782292.
A viewing platform of the parade ring and racecourse is available for racing which is then manned during busy fixtures to ensure appropriate use.
For those looking at booking a Private Box, there are viewing areas suitable for wheelchairs on all of our ground floor boxes.
In the Grandstand there are disabled toilets on each floor.
In the Clubhouse there are disabled toilets on the first floor only.
