The first fixture of the new year at Sandown Park holds an an afternoon of quality Jump racing, including the Grade 1 Tolworth Novices' Hurdle.

THE TOLWORTH HURDLE
Tolworth Hurdle Day is set to host seven races including The Tolworth Novices' Hurdle (Grade 1), ran over two miles. Won in 1984 by Desert Orchid, the roll of honour includes impressive stars like Monsignor in 2000 and Summerville Boy in 2018. Colin Tizzard won the Unibet Tolworth Novices' Hurdle for the third time in 2019, with the impressive Fiddlerontheroof powering to the finish.
