1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you may participate in the free prize draw described below (the “Promotion”).
2. The Promotion is operated by The Jockey Club Experiences, part of Compass Contract Services (U.K.) Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 02114954 whose registered office is at Parklands Court, 24 Parklands, Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, Birmingham B45 9PZ (the “Promoter”).
3. By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not enter the Promotion. If you enter the Promotion but subsequently seek not to accept the Terms and Conditions in full, you will not be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below).
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) who are over the age of 18.
5. Employees of the Promoter (or its affiliated companies), or its sub-contracted operator, and their immediate families, or other persons professionally connected with the Promoter, the sub-contracted operator and the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
6. To enter the Promotion, you need to have confirmed an event with The Jockey Club Experiences and provided the required contact information so that you can be contacted should you be a Winner (as defined below).
7. The Promotion opens on 18th June 2026 and shall run until 31st August 2026 (“Promotional Period”) although may be closed early or extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
8. The prizes are:
Bronze prize: Four x general admission tickets + £30 food & drink vouchers per person to a race day of your choice (available at the venue you enquired at, excludes festivals).
Silver prize: Hospitality for four at a race meeting of your choice (available at the venue you enquired at and excludes festivals)
Gold prize: A table of four at a 2027 racing festival of your choice. Choose from The Grand National at Aintree, Cheltenham Gold Cup or the Epsom Derby.
9. The Prizes are as stated only. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative or auctioned in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. In order to claim the prize, each prize winner must notify marketing@jockeyclubexpereinces.co.uk by 30th September 2026 to claim their prize.
11. The Winner(s) may be required to take part in reasonable post-award publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winners’ names and company names on its website and social media channels. We request you have sought permission from your organisation to do this.
12. The names of the Winners will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter.
13. By entering the Promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may use personal data relating to participants for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. Participants’ personal data will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties without the relevant participants’ prior consent.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control which make this unavoidable, with no liability to any participant or third party.
16. We will manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data and can be found on our website at https://www.thejockeyclub.co.uk/privacy/
17. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting the Prize.
19. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

21. By claiming your prize you agree to having consulted your organisations gifts & hospitality policy and agree to these terms and conditions.
