Join the North West Ambulance Service at Aintree Racecourse for a free day of career inspiration, practical demonstrations and opportunities to learn more about the important work of the ambulance service.

Taking place as the North West Ambulance Service celebrates its 20th anniversary, the event is open to young people exploring their future career options, parents and guardians, and anyone interested in finding out more about the organisation and the services it provides.

Annual General Meeting

10:00am–11:00am

The day will begin with the North West Ambulance Service Annual General Meeting, including a presentation of its annual report and accounts, updates on recent achievements and plans for the year ahead.

Explore Ambulance Careers and Services

11:00am–1:00pm

During the Ambulance Awareness Day event, visitors can meet ambulance teams and partner organisations, explore career pathways, apprenticeships and volunteering opportunities, and watch live CPR and first aid demonstrations.

There will also be self-care and wellbeing information, ambulance-themed giveaways, and complimentary lunch and refreshments.
