Sharing your tickets is now easier than ever. You can securely send digital tickets directly to your group, so everyone has their own ticket on their phone. That means less hassle at the gate, faster entry, and everyone has their ticket ready when they arrive.

How It Works: As Easy as 1-2-3

  • Log into your account: Head to My Bookings Select Your Tickets. (You can also share tickets immediately after purchase right from the Confirmation Page!)
  • Add Recipients: Click Share Tickets, enter your companions name and email (or pick them from your Friends List), and hit send.
  • They Claim: Your companion receives an email, clicks the link, and enters their details. The ticket is theirs!

Finding & Sharing Tickets

You can share tickets in three places: 

 

1. Confirmation Page: Immediately after completing your booking. 

2. My Account: Log in to your account, go to My Bookings, select the relevant booking, and click Manage Tickets. 

3. Within a racecourse app, if you have imported tickets to the wallet, you can select to share tickets.  

1. Log in to your account.  

2. Go to My Bookings in your account and select Manage Tickets. 

3. Select the ticket you wish to share and click Add Recipient. 

4. Choose a friend from your Friends List or select Share with Others. 

5. If sharing with someone new, enter their first name, last name, and email address, then click Share Ticket. 

6. They will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their ticket. 

You only need the recipient's full name and email address. They will be sent an invitation via email to create an account (if they don't have one)  or to log into their account to claim their ticket. 

Managing Your Shared Tickets

  • Ticket Type: Currently, only e-tickets and Print-at-Home tickets can be shared. Physical tickets sent by mail are not eligible for digital sharing. 
  • Child Tickets: To ensure safety, child tickets cannot be shared individually; they must be shared alongside an adult ticket. 

To ensure safety Child tickets cannot be shared individually. If you attempt to share a child ticket on its own, an error message will appear and the share will refused. Child tickets must always be shared alongside an adult ticket. 

Friends & Family List

This is a directory within your account where you can store names and emails for people you frequently attend events with. It makes sharing future tickets much faster.

  • To Add: Log in to your account and select Contact List. You can manually add details there, or check the Save Recipient box when sharing a ticket for the first time. 
  • To Remove: In the Contact List section, simply click Remove next to the person’s details. 

Information for Recipients

You will receive an email from noreply@futureticketing.ie. 

 

1. Click the link in the email to create an account or log in. 

2. Enter your details and click Claim Ticket. 

3. On Mobile: You’ll be prompted to download the app to import your tickets into. 

4. On Desktop: You will see a QR code to scan with your phone, or you can select View & Print Ticket to print a physical copy. 

No problem at all! Simply log into your account on a computer or tablet, go to My Bookings, and select View & Print Ticket to print your ticket at home.

When a shared ticket is claimed, it is moved from your order into the recipient’s account. In the app, you will see that the ticket status updates to Shared when shared by you and it will then disappear when successfully claimed by your companion. 

There are three easy ways to get your ticket into the app:

  • Via a Ticket Share Link: If a ticket was shared with you, simply accept the invite and follow the prompt on the confirmation screen.
  • Via ‘My Account’: Log in on our website, go to My Bookings, and click the Add Tickets to App button.
  • Manual Entry: Open the app and enter your email address and Order ID (found under ‘My Bookings’).
