Before the main racing action begins, we’re excited to kick off the day with fun and host Alder Hey’s first mascot race! This event celebrates our long-standing partnership with Alder Hey Children’s Charity and the joy they bring to children and families.

Watch as their mascot Oli the Elephant and friends jump over hurdles in a fun-filled race that promises laughter, cheers, and a great start to the day for everyone!

Aintree Racecourse is located on the A59, just one mile from the M57 and M58, which link the M62 and M6. Follow the A59 to Liverpool and the yellow/tourism signs as you approach the racecourse for routes to the car parks.
