• Enter the full names of every individual who will attend the race meeting.

We ask syndicate managers and trainers to share this Owners’ Information Brochure with their members so that everyone is aware of the requirements. Syndicate managers and trainers are authorised to enter attendee details into the Owners’ Booking System on behalf of their members.

Within this facility, you will be able to choose from a complimentary buffet, available up to the fourth race. Tables will be allocated as you arrive, and we kindly ask that you vacate your table once you have eaten so that we can accommodate everyone. Please note, tables may be shared with the Owners of another horse.

We continue to operate on a ‘cashless’ basis. However, cash may be used when placing bets on-course.

Owners who have runners at Aintree Racecourse, and are members of the Racehorse Owners Association, can watch their horse run on Racing TV with a free day pass. Please call the ROA on 01183385680 to arrange your pass.

At Aintree Racecourse we believe racing should be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. And one thing is certainly true, the more relaxed and comfortable we feel, the more likely we are to have a great time. So that’s why we’ve created one very simple piece of guidance, to come “dressed to feel your best”.

If you are interested in monitoring the Going please either refer to our website or contact Sulekha Varma, Clerk of the Course, on 07715 640525.

Owners & Jockeys Abandonment Policy

Owners & Jockeys Abandonment Policy

As part of The Jockey Club’s ongoing commitment to participants, should racing be abandoned in the middle of a card due to extreme weather challenges or issues with the ground, JCR will look to offer a one off, ‘good will’ payment to owners and jockeys to cover costs.
