28th October, 2019 - Exeter Racecourse is delighted to announce that Coral, a leading online betting company, will sponsor the 2019 Haldon Gold Cup.
The Coral Haldon Gold Cup, worth £70,000, takes place on Tuesday, November 5 and is the flagship race of Exeter Racecourse.
The historic handicap chase boasts an outstanding roll of honour featuring the likes of Best Mate, three times the winner of the Cheltenham Gold Cup, and King George VI Chase hero Cue Card. Other winners include Politlogue, winner of the Tingle Creek.
As well as the Haldon Gold Cup, Coral will sponsor five other races at the meeting:
- Coral Novice Hurdle
- Coral Novice Chase
- Coral Handicap Chase
- Coral Handicap Hurdle
- Coral Staying Hurdle
