Community & Business Awards

This award is for the person who goes above and beyond specifically for the community of Market Rasen. Who would you describe as a “Good Egg”? Someone always willing to help others and go the extra mile!

Prize: 

• Enjoy a fantastic prize of a table for 2 in Altior’s Restaurant for any raceday excluding Feature & Music Day in 2024.

A group or team within the community who deserve to be recognised for their contribution and success. This could be a charity group, sports team or club.

Prize:

• The winning team will win 10 Tattersall Enclosure Admissions tickets to Saturday 17th August 2024 – Jockey Club Live Presents James Arthur

The best teacher or classroom assistant. someone who surpasses expectations and is deserving of special recognition for what they do within our schools and community.

Prize:

• The winning person will enjoy a table for 2 in Altior’s Restaurant for any raceday excluding Feature & Music Days in 2024.

This will be judged on the company’s involvement in the local community, its corporate social responsibility plan, and the benefits of its presence in the community.

Prize:

• The winning business will be invited to enjoy the full sponsors’ experience at a raceday in 2025 (excluding Feature & Music Days).
• The business will see their name featured on a race, judge the best turned out horse in the parade ring and present the prizes to the winning connections after having watched the race in the Directors’ Box whilst sipping champagne!
• The business will also receive a free advert in the day’s racecard, alongside hospitality for 6 guests in Altior’s Restaurant for the duration of the raceday.

In a year where Market Rasen Racecourse celebrates its Centenary year, we would like to recognise other long-standing businesses (10+ years) within the community. Picture the local business landscape – who has always been there? Who has served their customers year in, year out? Give them the recognition they deserve!

• The winner will receive a Hospitality Box for 10 people on a raceday between October and December 2024 (excl Boxing Day), including drinks reception and buffet. A fantastic prize for a deserving business!
