RACEDAY INFORMATION

Here's Everything you need to know...

TICKETS & ENCLOSURES

To ensure a smooth process on entry please ensure you arrive prepared. If you have received your tickets please have them ready to scan.

 

Please ensure you have the correct ticket for your enclosure:

  • County Enclosure - County Enclosure ticket plus swing badge
  • Tattersalls Enclosure - Tattersalls Enclosure Ticket
  • Lawn Enclosure - Lawn Enclosure Ticket
  • Brocklesby Suite Restaurant - Brocklesby Suite Restaurant Ticket plus swing badge
  • Hospitality Suites - Hospitality Ticket plus swing badge

 

Any "Print at Home" tickets must be printed prior to arrival or downloaded onto The Jockey Club APP. Please note we are unable to accept any tickets shown on a mobile device. If you have any problems with these please call the racecourse office before arriving at the racecourse.

 

COLLECT ON THE DAY TICKETS

Must be collected from the ticket collection points at the correct enclosure entrances:

  • County Enclosure Tickets must be collected at the County Entrance
  • Tattersalls and Lawn Enclosure Tickets to be collected from Ticket Collection Kiosk based at the main entrance on Legsby Road
  • Lawn Enclosure Tickets must be collected at the Lawn Enclosure Entrance
  • Hospitality and Restaurant Tickets must be collected at the Hospitality Entrance which is located next to The Owners & Trainers Entrance based on Legsby Road

 

CAR PARKING, COLLECTION & DROP OFF

Please follow the signs to the correct car park for your enclosure:

 

  • County Car Park is located off Willingham Road
  • Tattersalls, Lawn, Hospitality & Restaurant car parks are situated off Legsby Road

 

DROPPING OFF

 

On arrival at the racecourse there is a dedicated drop off point within the County Car Park accessible from Legsby Road. Please ensure you follow the yellow directional signs to get you to the right place. All vehicles dropping customers off will need to return back onto the Legsby Road to leave the racecourse. From the drop off point the County Enclosure entrance is accessible across the County car park. From the drop off point Tattersalls and Lawn Enclosure entrances are accessible via a short walk along the pathway to the main entrance.

 

COLLECTION/PICK UP

 

All collections and pickups should be made from the dedicated pick up point within the County Car Park (same as the drop off point) accessible up Legsby Road from Market Rasen only. Please follow directional signage to ensure you get picked up from the correct place. All vehicles will be required to leave the pick up area with the flow of traffic exiting the County Car park onto the A631 Willingham Road unless otherwise advised. There is a road closure on Legsby Road directly outside the racecourse main gates which will not permit access to the pickup point when driving up Legsby Road from the East. The A631 Willingham Road must be used to drive into Market Rasen taking a left turn up Legsby Road with the pickup point available on the right on the approach to the racecourse.

 

TICKET UPGRADES

Ticket upgrades are available to the County and Tattersalls Enclosures.

To upgrade from the Tattersalls Enclosure to the County Enclosure please visit The Racecourse Office.

To upgrade from the Lawn Enclosure to the Tattersalls Enclosure please visit the information kiosk.

 

ALCOHOL, FURNITURE & PICNIC POLICY

PICNICS, FURNITURE & ALCOHOL CAN ONLY BE BROUGHT INTO THE LAWN ENCLOSURE

 

Alcohol can only be brought into the Lawn Enclosure and is limited to half a plastic bottle of wine or Champagne per person or 4 cans of beer, cider or pre mixed aperitif. Please note that beer & cider must be in cans.

 

There will be no glass or metal permitted to be brought into the Lawn Enclosure, therefore wine and champagne must be sourced in plastic, sealed bottles. Unfortunately spirits, fortified wines and Pimm’s (or similar) will not be allowed on course. You are not allowed to bring food or drink into the County or Tattersalls Enclosure.

 

Metal, glass, ceramic or sharp knives, corkscrews or BBQ’s will not be permitted.

Once racing has finished no garden chairs, tables, picnics, umbrellas or any other items you bring with you can be taken into the centre of the course concert area. There is a large screen in the Lawn Enclosure allowing you to stay and enjoy the live music performance if preferred.


STAGE LOCATION

The concert will take place after racing and is held in the centre of the course. Please ensure you use your dedicated queue point within your enclosure for stage area access, this area is strictly standing only and not suitable for children as it can become very busy.
