Owners & Trainers Essentials

• Sole Owners at Market Rasen Racecourse benefit from six owners' badges, providing full access to facilities across the racecourse, pre-parade ring, parade ring, and winners' enclosure. Availability permitting, we can increase this allocation by a further two badges free of charge. You will also be provided with a meal voucher offering a two-course meal within the newly refurbished Owner’s & Trainer’s Bar.

• Syndicate Owners benefit from eight owners' badges per runner, allocated via the syndicate manager. Availability permitting, we can increase this allocation by a further two badges free of charge. Alternatively, if syndicates require more, the eight badges can be swapped for up to 20 County Enclosure badges, which permits entry into the premium enclosure only.

• We do offer additional badges outside of these allocations, which can be purchased at a discounted price on arrival.

• For owners with a runner on the day wishing to attend, we strongly advise registering attendance via the PASS system. This allows the racecourse to appropriately cater for the number of owners planning to attend, and is available to book online until midnight before the fixture – 01933 270333 / pass@weatherbys.co.uk.

• If you are unable to book via the PASS system, please contact the Racecourse office with your PASS card number, and a member of the team will book badges on your behalf.

• Please note, trainers or yards requesting badges on behalf of Owners is not permitted unless the owner has notified the Racecourse of this request. • Owners & Trainers car parking is located within the public car park off Legsby Road. There are blue badge parking bays available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the pathway leading to the entrance is suitable for all accessible needs.

• Please proceed to the clock tower building where your dedicated entrance & liaison point is signposted on the left. There you will be greeted by our Owners and Trainers team who will talk you through your experience and provide the necessary badges as required. There will also be a complimentary glass of Prosecco to get your day started.

• Please note the relocation of the newly refurbished Owners & Trainers Bar. From the entrance, this is located after the pre-parade ring on the left. A complimentary two-course meal is available within this facility, with complimentary tea and coffee, and soft drinks available throughout the day. This facility is ground floor with two large entrances suitable for all accessible needs.

• You may wish to dine in our stunning Altior’s Restaurant, located above the Owners & Trainers Bar with elevated views of the track. Tables are available from £35.00 per person. If you are interested in private hospitality, a 10% discount will be applied. Please call the Racecourse office to discuss availability on 01673 843434.

• There is designated viewing above the Centenary Bar, accessible via stairs, and a wheelchair accessible viewing platform within the Tattersalls Enclosure, both overlook the parade ring.

• The Winning Connections facility is located opposite the Winner's Enclosure. Within here, hosted by Jennifer, you will be shown a replay of the race with a glass of champagne. All prizes can be collected from the Racecourse Office before you leave.

• Market Rasen understands the importance of celebrating success, and with that in mind, we offer the connections of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Horses a replay of the race and a glass of wine. One bottle of Prosecco is also provided to placed connections (one per runner) all from within the Buds Placed Connections room, adjacent to the Winners Enclosure.

• Dogs are permitted at all fixtures, excluding Ladies Day & Boxing Day. They must not enter any internal buildings and are strictly not to be left in vehicles at any time.
