Badge Collection
The PASS system will be in operation for every raceday; a PASS card will be required as proof of identification. Badges can be allocated in advance through the PASS concierge service or by contacting Lisa Kirkham on 0115 9580620.
Sole Owners (1 PASS card)
If you are a sole owner of a horse declared to run, you are entitled to six complimentary badges and six complimentary meal vouchers. Additional badges can be purchased (subject to availability) at a reduced rate of £10. If you are leaving your badges for guests please confirm the names with Lisa Kirkham in advance of the raceday.
Joint Owners (2 PASS cards)
If you are a joint owner of a horse declared to run, you are entitled to six complimentary badges and meal vouchers. Additional badges can be purchased (subject to availability) at a reduced rate of £10. If you are leaving your badges for guests please confirm the names with Lisa Kirkham in advance of the raceday.
Syndicate (3+ PASS cards)
If you are a member of a syndicate, the group is entitled six complimentary badges and meal vouchers. Additional badges can be purchased (subject to availability) at the reduced rate of £10, subject to availability. If you are leaving your badges for guests please confirm the names with Lisa Kirkham in advance of the raceday. Please note the ownership must have at least 3 nominated PASS card holders to be provided with complimentary badges.

Trainers
A licensed trainer with a runner is entitled to two complimentary badges for their guests. Please confirm guest badges with Lisa Kirkham in advance of the raceday.
Jockeys
Jockeys who are riding at the meeting will be issued with two complimentary admission badges for their guests. If you are leaving your badges for guests please confirm the names with Lisa Kirkham in advance.
