If you would like to find out more about the facilities and access at Nottingham Racecourse, a Detailed Accessibility Guide has been created by our partner AccessAble and can be viewed here
There are areas set aside for customers with a Blue Badge, to allow forward parking near to the racecourse entrances.
Entry to the racecourse
At the main entrances into the racecourse there are access points for wheelchair users, semi-ambulant visitors, pushchairs and those accompanied by assistance dogs.
If you need an assistant to accompany you to and from the races, one complimentary admission ticket will be provided for your assistant at the entrance on the day. Racegoers with less obvious disabilities may be asked for documentation as proof.
There is a raised viewing area next to the track for visitors in wheelchairs and there are viewing areas suitable for wheelchairs on the balconies of all boxes and private suites.
Disabled toilets are available – ask for details when you arrive.
Assistance during your visit
If you require information or assistance during your visit, our staff at the main reception will be pleased to help. Or you can ask any member of our staff throughout your day with us.
Assistance dogs are most welcome but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times.
