Winning Style

Do you dress sharp? Scrub up well? Aim to look suave at the races? Well, make sure for this fixture you get into your best attire and enter Best Dressed on the day.

In 2019's fixture, our best dressed Gent won the chance to update their wardrobe with three Hawes & Curtis fine tailored suits. Two suits went to our second Gent in the Style Awards, as well as one to our third placed Gent.

2019 saw a host of new entertainment, including everything from beer tasting on arrival to retro arcade games. Exclusive to Gent's Day, Sandown Park's Games Zone, featured the popular Space InvadersPac-ManTable Football, Tetris and much more.

After plenty of sporting action throughout the day the fun didn't stop as we welcomed Rockaoke, with a little help from our racegoers, to the stage! The popular live karaoke band played favourite tunes while guests joined them to “live the dream” by singing with a live rock band.
