badges while racing BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
Please note that while we are racing behind closed doors, Badge Allocation is reduced. Owners are currently permitted four badges on your horse. We hope to extend this soon and will update you when anything changes.
Your assistance is very much appreciated. Please include your PASS card number on the email, and remember to bring your PASS Card. Please note Owners’ badges can only be collected in the Main Foyer and not from the More Lane Entrance in the centre of the course.
The PASS system will be in operation every raceday and a PASS card will be required as proof of identification. For more information on how to register and reserve badges using the PASS system, follow the PASS System guide. If you do not have access to the PASS concierge service, please contact Petra Gough, in advance, to arrange badges for guests.
JOCKEY CLUB OWNERS METAL BADGES
Jockey Club Owners’ Metal Badges allow access to Sandown Park Racecourse to all 24 racedays. If you have a runner, these badges can be used, in addition, to your Owners’ badge allocation. Owners, without a runner, will still have complimentary entry to the racecourse and the designated Owners’ and Trainers’ facility.
Owners with runners in all Grade 1 and Group 1 races and the bet365 Gold Cup, at Sandown Park, are entitled to ten complimentary badges.
Syndicate member of the Racehorse Syndicates Association (RSA) are also entitled to ten complimentary badges. Badges should be individually allocated to members by the Syndicate Manager and confirmed with Petra Gough, in advance, of the raceday.
A licensed trainer, with a runner, is entitled to two complimentary badges for guests. Please confirm guest badges with Petra Gough in advance of the raceday.
Jockeys who are riding at the meeting are entitled to two complimentary Premier Enclosure badges for guests. These can be allocated via the PASS system or confirmed on the day with the Owners’ and Trainers’ Desk personnel.
