CRAIG CHARLES TO PERFORM LIVE DJ SET ON RANDOX LADIES DAY AS PART OF AINTREE’S #FabulousFriday

Randox Ladies Day at the Randox Grand National Festival (Friday 8th April) will see Merseyside legend Craig Charles performing a Live DJ set on the Red Rum Lawn after racing as part of the #FabulousFriday raceday experience.

A familiar face from his many years playing Dave Lister in cult science sitcom Red Dwarf, Liverpool-born Charles can regularly be heard on BBC 6 Music where he currently presents an afternoon slot as well as the popular The Craig Charles Funk And Soul Show every Saturday evening.

Craig Charles said: “Being a native of the city, I know just how much of an institution Ladies Day is for the people of Liverpool.

“Having not taken place since 2019 due to the pandemic, it’s sure going to be a party like no other this year. I can’t wait to perform my DJ set and hopefully we can party until way past bedtime!”

Randox Ladies Day also see the much-anticipated return of the hugely-popular Style Awards, which in 2022 are sponsored by leading online fashion retailer Never Fully Dressed.
