How to make a nomination?
If you would like to make a nomination to our Community Awards please take a look at the award categories listed below and email: info.carlisle@thejockeyclub.co.uk to submit your entry.
The shortlisted entries will receive complimentary tickets to our Great Community Raceday, Saturday 6 July.
We would be delighted to receive as many entries as possible to celebrate our local community in Carlisle

This award is for someone who goes above and beyond, specifically for the community of Carlisle/Cumbria, whether they've raised money for charity, volunteer themselves or have done something extraordinary. We want to know your stories!
Prize:
Enjoy a table for 2 in Swifts Restaurant on a non-feature race day.
An individual who has went above and beyond specifically for a sports team/group in the local community. There are so many of these heroes and we want to take the opportunity to recognise you!
Prize:
A table for 2 at Swifts Restaurant for a non feature raceday
A group or team within the community who deserve to be recognised for their contribution and success. This could be a charity group or a group of volunteers.
Prize:
A table (up to 10) for all winners in our Swifts Restaurant on a non-feature raceday.
This award is for a sporting team who have done something incredible in the past year. Whether they are serial winners, have raised money for charity or have done something incredible together, we want to hear about your stories.
Prize:
Up to 15 GA tickets for a non-feature raceday.
