What we offer visitors at Carlisle

 

Carlisle welcomes racegoers with disabilities and offers a range of facilities to enable them to get the most from their day.

 

Facilities

 

  • Dedicated parking for guests with disabilities situated near the Main Entrance
  • Entrance accessible for wheelchair users
  • Disabled / wheelchair user toilet
  • Lifts accessible to wheelchair users
  • Refreshment areas accessible to wheelchair users
  • Assistance dogs are welcome to attend with their owners without additional charge. We do suggest owners contact the racecourse in advance when booking your tickets so we can advise you on the expected attendance for your event date and the facilities available for yourself and your assistance dog.
  • First Aid facilities

 

Raceday Admission

 

A guest with disabilities who is coming racing with an accompanying carer will only be charged for a single admission.  A complimentary badge will be provided to an accompanying carer if required.
