Badge Allocation

The PASS system is in operation for every racedat. A PASS card will be required as proof of identification.
Badges Can be allocated in advance through the PASS concierge service. If you are struggling with this please contact the Racecourse office on 01228 554700

If your horse is declared to run you and your guests will be able to collect your badges from the Owners and trainers reception desk, located at the premier entrance.


Single; 6 Owners Badges, 2 Trainers Badges

Partnerships/Syndicates 8 Owners Badges, 2 trainers Badges


An additional 4 Badges can be bought for Owners and Trainers, which allows you entrance to the Owners and Trainers bar along with the Parade Ring but does not include a food voucher for £10.00 . If you require any more you can buy up to 6 General Admission Tickets at £10.00 on standard days (Music Nights its 4 Tickets at an additional £30.00)

Additional Badges (Music Evening)

They are limited to a maximum of 10 additional badges and are charged at £30.00 per badge.

A licensed trainer with a runner is entiled to two complimentary badges for their guests. Please confirm this with the racecourse office in advance of the raceday.

Jockeys who are riding at the meeting will be issued with two complimentary General Admission tickets for their guests.
If you are leaving badges for a guest please confirm this with the racecourse office in advance of the racecourse.


Discounted restaurant rate

We offer a £15 discount on our Classic and Premier packages in the Swifts Restaurant. Should you wish to book in advance please call the office on 01228 554700, alternatively please let our Owners and Trainers Representatives Sue Murtagh and Janette Irving know on the day.
