We are on sale for the rest of our 2019/20 season

Blog 7th November 2019 Exeter

Grab your diary, a pen and start planning for the New Year as our 2020 racedays are now on sale.

There is something for everyone and we look forward to starting the year in style as we open the gates for Devon’s Big Day Out on New Year’s Day. Join us on Wednesday 1st January as the county celebrates one of the finest sporting occasions on Haldon Hill.

Tickets for New Year’s Day are at their best price until 10:59am on Friday 8th November and don’t forget under 18s race free, when attending with a full paying adult.

When the excitement of the festive season draws to an end, we still have lots to look forward to throughout the year. Tuesday 14th January sees the first of our midweek racedays take place and we are excited to have partnered with our local League Two team, Exeter City FC.

Armed Forces Day is back by popular demand on Sunday 9th February and will provide a wealth of action on and off the track. In 2019, it was a very special day at Exeter racecourse where we welcomed the Salamanca Band and Bugles from Wyvern Barracks alongside a simulator and armoured vehicles on display. This year is set to be a fantastic day out for all of the family and we can’t wait for you to join us.

As Jump racing reaches full swing, we are excited to see what Devon’s very own National brings on Friday 21st February. A true test of stamina, with 21 fences and three miles and six furlongs to complete, the race requires staying power from horses and jockeys alike. The race has seen success for Joe Tizzard and Sir Anthony McCoy on numerous occasions and we urge you to join us to see who is crowned champion in the 2020 renewal.

With so much more to look forward to as the season comes to a close, take a look here to find a date that suits you, as a warm welcome awaits.
