RACEDAY
- The designated Owners’ car park will be in the Premier Car Park, marshals will be on hand to direct you to this area, please note this differs from the usual Owners Car Park.
- Please enter the racecourse itself via the Premier entrance, accessed from the Premier Car Park. Time restrictions for owners on course has been removed and owners should be able to remain on course beyond their runner’s race. We still recommend arriving at least 45 minutes ahead of your first runner to avoid delays and ease the health screening process.
- There will be a designated arrival checkpoint outside the entrance which you will be asked to confirm you have pre-registered to attend through the PASS system, photographic ID checked, answer the health screen questions and undertake a temperature test. Once you have passed all these protocols you will be issued with a coloured wristband to be worn at all times.
- Without exception, anybody who has not pre-registered or fails any of the outlined protocols will not be permitted to enter the racecourse.
- All 3 floors of the Grandstand are reserved for Owners. Champions Bar on the ground floor will be used as a seating area, Owners & Trainers suite on the first floor is where our Catering team will serve lunch and Sherwood’s restaurant will be open for viewing of the racing with bar facility provided. Lift access is available from to both Owners & Trainers area and Sherwood’s.
- Outdoor terraced area will be open on the first floor which provides views over the parade ring.
- There will be a complimentary hot or cold food offer available as well as complimentary tea/coffee and soft drinks. Alcohol is now available to purchase, please note only card payments can be accepted
- Sherwood’s restaurant overlooks the racecourse with outside standing areas and you will be able to walk down to the racecourse rail if you wish.
- There is no access into the Parade Ring, however a designated lawned area adjacent to the Parade Ring is available for viewing.
- All floor markings/signage and instructions from raceday personnel must be observed and follow the one way systems in operation.
- The Winning connections’ room is unavailable, but there will be an opportunity to view the race again and collect a memento within the Owners & Trainers suite, a member of the racecourse committee will be on hand to facilitate.
