Our shared parties run on selected dates throughout December, bringing together groups from different companies for one big festive celebration at Sandown Park Racecourse. With the venue, entertainment and atmosphere all shared for a set price per person, all you need to do is book your places and arrive ready to enjoy the night.
Our shared Christmas party packages are designed to bring the magic without leaving you to plan the party. Raise a glass with a welcome drink, enjoy a three-course seasonal feast, then let the DJ take things from dinner to dance floor. Vegetarian, vegan and dietary options are available, with Foodsteps carbon-rated menus adding a little extra thought to the festive feast. With complimentary car parking included, all that’s left to do is gather the team and get ready to celebrate.

Set in Surrey, Sandown Park Racecourse offers a convenient setting for Christmas celebrations, with simple travel links from London, Woking, Guilford and across the wider London area. Our accessible venue facilities help make the experience smooth and welcoming for every guest.
From London, take the A3 and follow the brown venue signs to Sandown Park. Exit A3 on to the A307 and continue to follow the brown venue signs. Alternatively, from the M25, exit at Junction 10 and follow the A3 towards London then exit onto the A307 and follow the brown venue signs.
If using a Sat Nav, please enter 'Portsmouth Road' rather than the Sandown Park postcode - this will bring you to our main car park which is just off the A307 (Esher High Street) and is directly in front of the main entrance.
Sandown Park is located right next to Esher Train Station, which is just a ten minute walk from the racecourse entrances. Esher station allows onwards travel to London Waterloo from just 25 minutes, as well as Woking and Guildford to the south. Please check South Western Railway websites for the most up-to-date train times.
