Ladies Day at Aintree has always been about celebrating women, their style, their spirit, and their success.

How to enter

We want to hear from the incredible women shaping our region’s future.

To qualify for the Award you must be a resident in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or the Isle of Man. The Award is open to sole traders and small businesses (0-49 employees) that are majority female-led. The business must have been trading for at least six months with a registered UK address, and operate within the Liverpool City Region or surrounding areas (Chester, Preston, Wirral, Wigan, St Helen's, Sefton, Halton and Warrington).

In 1000 words or less, tell us why you deserve to win The Randox Grand National Festival Female Business Award. Your entry should highlight:

- How your business has made a positive difference in your local community (e.g. employment, sustainability, charitable work, or social value).

- The creativity, innovation, and determination you’ve shown in building or developing your business.

- Key achievements or milestones that demonstrate your business success or future growth potential.

- How your work reflects the spirit of Ladies Day e.g. celebrating community, opportunity, and women’s achievement.

- How winning this award and the partnership opportunity would help you grow your business and create further impact.
