The Randox Grand National Ultimate Competition 2025

1. Promoter is The Jockey Club, 21-27 Lambs Conduit Street, London, WC1N 3NL  (the "Promoter").
 
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of the Jockey Club shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
 
3. To qualify to enter the Competition you must be a resident in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or the Isle of Man.
 
4. The Competition is only open to entrants over the age of 18.
 
5. Employees of the Jockey Club or any associated company of the Jockey Club and their immediate families, persons connected with the Competition i.e. prize sponsors, newsagents, wholesalers & their agents, panel and their immediate families, are not able to enter the Competition.
 
6. The Jockey Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
 
7. Only one entry per person is allowed. To enter the competition you must purchase a ticket for the Randox Grand National 2025 between 00:01 on 20 November 2025 and 23.59 on 18 December 2025.
 

8. There are four different prizes to be won, by a single winner. The Competition prizes will be as below:

- A 2-night stay in a luxury hotel for two people. The two nights must fall consecutively within the 8th April 2026 to the 11th April 2026.
- Champagne Breakfast for two people.
- Executive travel to the racecourse from the hotel. No return journey.
- Hospitality for Two at McCoys for a day of choice at The Randox Grand National Festival 2026

The Competition Prizes are non–transferable, there is no cash alternative, and any travel and other expenses will not be covered. The Jockey Club reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

9. One winner will be picked at random using a random number generator on Friday 19th December 2025 and notified via email or telephone. Confirmation of acceptance of the prize (Randox Grand National Ultimate VIP Package) must be made by Friday 2nd January 2026. Failure to claim the prize (Randox Grand National Ultimate VIP Package) will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner before selection of an alternative winner is made.

10. The Promoter will not be liable if your chosen day at the Randox Grand National Festival 2026 is cancelled, delayed or suspended as a result of an act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
 
11. Competition Prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Jockey Club and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
 
12. Prize winner shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, sell or transfer their Competition prize to any other person(s). Selling or transferring prizes includes, but is not limited to, selling and/or distributing on any website including any auction site whether it is operated by a third party or by a prize winner.
 
13. Your Competition entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that your entry and all information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, the Jockey Club reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
 
14. Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent, other than to provide the winner with their prizes or administer the prize draw. Please see the Jockey Club Data Protection Notice and Cookie Policy for further details.
 
15.Data relating to entrants of the prize draw will be retained by The Jockey Club for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist The Jockey Club to operate Competition a consistent manner and to deal with any queries in the Competition The winner agrees to the release of their first initial, surname and county of residence to any other Competition participants if requested. Winner details can be found at https://www.thejockeyclub.co.uk/competitions one week after the Competition has closed.
 
16. The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where the site and/or the Interactive Services are accessed from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.

17. The Promoter will not be responsible if the winner or any of their guests are unable to attend their chosen day at the Randox Grand National Festival 2026 due to health or other reasons.

18. The Jockey Club may process your personal data for marketing purposes with your consent, based on a legitimate business interest, or as otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all marketing emails.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter, vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion as the Promoter deems necessary in its absolute sole discretion.

20. The Promoter shall have the right in its absolute sole discretion to substitute any prize with one of equivalent or greater value. The prize or its alternative must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in connection with this promotion.

21. By entering this Competition you understand that for the purposes of administering prize fulfilment, it is necessary for The Jockey Club to securely hold and process your personal data.

22. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing that the personal information that you provided is processed in accordance with The Jockey Club’s Privacy Policy.
