Ladies Night

It wouldn't be Ladies Day without The Style Awards.

The Style Awards celebrate the best dressed people on course and are an opportunity for you to get dressed up with your friends and family and make a fashion statement at the races.

Our style awards are open to all with some fabulous prizes on offer. We will be awarding prizes to Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Man and Best Dressed Couple.

Our Judges

Rachel Hawkins brings a genuine love of race day style and many years of experience to the judging panel. As a regular attendee at race meetings across the country alongside her partner, former National Hunt jockey William Kennedy, she’s well acquainted with the unique blend of elegance, tradition and personality that makes racing fashion so special.

She previously owned the high-end hat hire company, The Cotswold Hat Club, where she styled thousands of women for race meetings and formal occasions, developing a keen eye for flattering, polished looks. Her own race day style leans towards feminine tailoring – most often a beautifully cut trouser suit – combining sophistication with a modern edge.

A proud winner of the prestigious Best Dressed title at Goodwood, where the prize was a holiday to South Africa, she has experienced the excitement of race day fashion first-hand. When judging, she particularly admires elegance, confidence, poise and thoughtful attention to detail – the elements that truly make an outfit stand out.

With a lifelong love of horses and an expert eye for style, Hattie hawksworth brings a wealth of experience and genuine passion to the Warwick Races Style Awards judging panel. Having been in the equestrian world her entire life, she understands the heritage, elegance and excitement that make race day such a special occasion, both on and off the track.

As a luxury tailor and personal stylist for renowned local brand Clements & Church, she has worked with an impressive portfolio of clients including racing personalities such as Megan Nicholls, alongside other leading names in industries. Through her tailoring and styling work, she has developed a sharp eye for impeccable fit, refined craftsmanship and the confidence that comes from wearing something truly exceptional.

Her own race day style reflects timeless sophistication with a contemporary twist, favouring beautifully tailored pieces, elevated fabrics and polished finishing touches. She appreciates how race day fashion allows individuality to shine while still honouring tradition.

When judging, she looks for elegance, originality and attention to detail, but above all confidence. The quality that transforms a great outfit into a truly memorable one.

As a seasoned racegoer, I’m delighted to join the judging panel. I love putting together a great outfit for a day at the races and can often be found at Cheltenham Festival in classic tweed, at Aintree’s vibrant Ladies’ Day, or in the elegant surroundings of Ascot.

I have a real appreciation for the creativity, time, and thought that go into crafting the perfect race day look. As the partner of dual Grand National winner Carl Llewellyn, racing is something I’m closely connected to, which makes it even more special to celebrate the style and atmosphere that make these occasions so memorable.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the stunning looks and celebrating the fantastic fashion on display.
