Statement from Jockey Club Racecourses on future racing fixtures

The British Horseracing Authority has announced that due to the current public health situation, the 2019/20 Jump Racing season has now been concluded and the new Jumps season will not restart until 1st July 2020. This means that sadly our remaining 2019/20 Season racedays will not go ahead.

 

Refunds for all events now suspended will be processed within 21 working days.

 

IF YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR A REFUND PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW PROCEDURE:

To obtain a refund racegoers should follow the procedure below:

  1. If tickets, badges or car park labels were purchased in advance via the ticket hotline or online an automatic refund will be made to the original payment method.
  2. If tickets, badges or car park labels were purchased in advance by credit/debit card on site at Warwick Racecourse an automatic refund will be made to the original payment method.
  3. If tickets, badges or car park labels were purchased on site at Warwick Racecourse, on the day of racing or by cash in advance, they should be sent to the address below where the refund will be made and returned:
    Bookings Department (Ticket Refunds)

    Warwick
    CV34 6HN
  4. Hospitality clients should call 01242 537653 to discuss their individual booking  

 

Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days to be processed.
