The Stan Mellor Chase Day honours one of the sports finest – Stan Mellor, the pioneering jockey, trainer, and the first to ride 1,000 Jump winners – with a seven-race card headlined by the Stan Mellor Novices’ Steeple Chase. Expect competitive fields, tight finishes, and that unmistakable Warwick atmosphere as racing history takes centre stage.

JETS Richard Davis Awards
Warwick Racecourse is proud to once again host the prestigious JETS Richard Davis Awards on Tuesday 3 November 2026.
The awards celebrate the achievements of current and former jockeys who have built successful careers both during and beyond their time in the saddle.
At the 2025 awards, former jockey Thomas Brown was named the Richard Davis Award winner in recognition of his inspiring career transition to the East of England Ambulance Service.
New for 2026 is the IJF Enterprise Award, recognising former jockeys who have demonstrated entrepreneurship, innovation and initiative in developing their own business or enterprise.
We’re delighted to welcome the JETS community back to Warwick for this special celebration of the achievements, journeys and new opportunities of jockeys beyond the saddle.
