We can’t wait to welcome you back to Warwick Racecourse. 


With excitement on the track and a colourful spectacle all around we promise to look after you from the moment you arrive.


With our facilities being regularly cleaned and our racecourse staff trained to comply will all current guidance, you can rest assured that we will do our utmost to make your day as enjoyable and safe as possible.


When you return things will probably look a little different to your last racecourse visit but we have been racing safely behind closed doors for many months. Here are a few points to note before attending the raceday.


  • To meet current regulations on track and trace, we kindly ask for you to bring a form of ID and show this, alongside your ticket, on arrival at the racecourse.
  • General admission spectators, annual members & hospitality guests will enter through the main turnstiles off Bread & Meat Close
  • Owners will enter through the Paddock Entrance – the traditional owners entrance pre-covid
  • Facemasks must be worn indoors, unless eating or drinking
  • Social distancing must be adhered to at all times whilst on site, in line with Goverment guidelines which is currently 2 metres.
  • Table service is in operation for food and drink, but drinks can be consumed standing up, as long as your remain with the group/people you are attending with.
  • The racecourse will be operating cashless.
  • Bookmakers will be on-site and accepting cash, cash machines will not be available.
  • No pet dogs allowed.
  • Tickets are not available to purchase on the day.
  • We advise that you have 2 Lateral Flow Tests within 72 hours of arriving on site & then another test 7 days after visiting.

Please be aware that food or drink will not be permitted to be brought onto the racecourse site.


You will be able to purchase food and drink on-site from various outlets including 3 of the internal bar areas – Scudamore, Westgate & Dukes.


Food and drink outlets will also be using a contactless payment method only. A QR code will be provided across the site with instructions on how to order. We will also have separate QR codes for each bar area to check-in on the NHS app.


Alcohol will be served on the day, and customers are now able to stand whilst drinking, as long as they remain with the group/people they are attending the race meeting with.


We have limited socially distanced seating available indoors with extra provision for seating outdoors.


Social distancing must be adhered to at all times whilst on site, in line with Goverment guidelines which is currently 2 metres.

There are few other pieces of information that hospitality customers need to be aware of:


  • Please ensure that you have given us your track and trace details before arriving and that you have your e-ticket(s) with you.
  • For private box bookings, you will need to collect your badges from the ticket collection kiosk at the gate on your arrival at the course.

Coronation Club Members will have access to the Warwickshire Suite. Annual Members will have access to the other general public areas on site.


May we remind you that facemasks must be worn in all internal areas across the racecourse, unless you are eating, drinking or medically exempt from wearing one.
