Information for Owners & Trainers

Every runner you have at Warwick entitles you badge allocation and you can request these via your PASS online login. 

• Six badges are available for a single owner
• Eight badges are available for a partnership and syndicates. 
• Ten badges are available for members of the Racehorse Syndicates Association (RSA)
  
  

If you would like additional entrance tickets, you can swap your badge allocation for up to 20 general admission tickets.

Owners can collect their entry badges at the Owners & Trainers entrance.

Please note we are happy to provide badges, even if your horse is declared a non-runner and you still wish to attend; please contact us to confirm details (subject to availability).

Please remember to bring your PASS card. If you require badges for your guests, but will not be accompanying them on the day, please add the guest names onto the PASS system or advise the Racecourse Office in advance, otherwise they risk being refused entry.

Trainers are provided with a single ticket for themselves and one additional pass for a guest.

ROA PASS Card Holders are entitled to two general admission tickets at every meeting, providing you show your valid ROA card.

We have an exclusive grandstand reserved for our owners with runners known as Chandlers, named after the 1848 Grand National winner, who is famous at Warwick for his 37 foot leap across the Bud Brook. Chandlers is Grade 2 Listed Building, and had its foundations laid in the 19th century.

The architectural design was used as a template that spread across the world with the growth of the empire and copies of the building, which has been altered over the years, can be found in all parts of Britain & former colonies.

There is a new servery located in Chandlers and owners can now enjoy a complimentary hot meal and free tea and coffee for the duration of the day.

There is also a cash bar where owners are entitled to a 20% discount off all wines. Our toilets have also recently been upgraded.

If you wish to have a more formal experience then we would be delighted to offer you a special discount off the standard price on any given day in the 1707 Restaurant.

This restaurant has developed a truly outstanding reputation for its high quality food and service and won the Best Fining Dining Award at 2018, Racecourse Catering Awards.

We do reserve a limited number of seats for owners with runners on the day but availability is strictly on a first reserved basis. There is certainly no better location to spend your day. To make a booking call: 01926 405560

We recommend arriving early to avoid having to use our overflow facilities. Please remember to display your parking label, which is distributed by Weatherbys with your owners' letter. Download your passes here. 

Warwick has some lovely hotels and restaurants, not to mention the magical castle and the historic Lord Leycester Hospital.

Why not consider staying overnight or making a long weekend of it. We have some recommended options for accommodation. 

We have someone on site to make sure you are looked after on the day. You will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles in the O&T entrance.

All winning owners are presented with a special momento of their win at Warwick Racecourse.

We also provide you with photograph from our racecourse photographer, David Pratt and a special card that opens to reveal a replay video of your race.
