Are you new to Warwick Racecourse? Or have not attended a day at the races before?
The Horses for Courses Tours at any of our racedays throughout the season will give you an insight into Warwick Racecourse’s colourful history as well what to expect on your day at the races.
One hour before the first race, you will receive a guided tour starting from outside the main office making your way to the upper levels of the grandstand, discussing all things historic along the way. You will then be taken through the main enclosure to the centre of the parade ring to find out about the pre-racing rituals that take place in the preparation boxes and pre-parade ring.
Following this, you will make your way down to the first fence and have the opportunity to examine the ground, the construction of the fences and ask any questions you may have about the conditions on the day.
Your Horses for Courses Tour will conclude with a discussion with your guide about the race schedule for the day along with any runners than may be worth having a flutter on.
The Horses for Courses Tour includes your main enclosure admission ticket for only £5 more than your single admission ticket. You can purchase your Horses for Course Tour in advance on any of our racedays throughout the season, but do be quick as there are a limited number of spaces for each tour!
