Train like a jockey at the Jockey Gym with James Adams! Jame is a Newmarket based personal trainer who works with some of the best jockeys in the UK, including Tom Marquand and Hollie Doyle!
Racegoers will be able to see if they have what it takes to train like a jockey, testing out different elements of a jockey's fitness regime and even see a jockey put through their paces before an autograph signing session!
