We are greatly looking forward to welcoming you to our Spring Meeting. We hope that the weather will be kind, but such is the nature of the Great British Weather that we cannot guarantee it will be! Therefore we suggest your dress appropriately and keep an eye on the forecasts ahead of the event.
Parking
- Car Parking is available in Upper Tattenham - Car Park 23 - parking on this day is complimentary for all guests. Please follow the signage to this car park
- Members parking is available in Car Parks 5, 8 or 9
- Accessible parking is available in Car Park 10 - please show your Blue Badge to our stewards who will direct you to the best parking
- Bookmakers should park in Car Park 10
- Owners will be parking in Car Park 3
Admission/Arrival information
- All guests should access the Racecourse via the Main Entrance Pavilion
- Owners and Trainers can access the course via the Lester Piggott gate
Enclosures
- The Stands are in operation - all ticket holders have access to the Duchess's Stand and the Queen's Stand public areas
- Members will have access to The Jockey Club Room
- Pedestrians are welcome to access the Downs/Hill throughout racing but there is no vehicular access during Racing. Please note there are no facilities in these outer areas.
Racecard
- Racecards will be available on site from our entrances, racecard selling areas and Tote Outlets
Food and Drink
- We will be operating cashless sales throughout our food and drink outlets, including concessions. For betting facilities cash payment will still be accepted, but contactless payments are recommended.
- Food is available in the Oaks Hall and concessions around the Grandstand. Please note picnics cannot be brought into the Racecourse for this meeting.
- The Blue Riband Bar and Grill is no longer in use as a Restaurant as this area is now the Owners and Trainers facility
Safety
- Face masks and maintaining a safe distance from others are encouraged in all indoor areas
Dress code
- We advise dressing for the weather and smart shorts, smart denim jeans and trainers are acceptable. Jeans should not be ripped.
- Sports shorts, sleeveless vests and bare tops will not be permitted.
