Epsom Downs Racecourse lights up for Baby Loss Awareness Week

Article 9th October 2018 Epsom Downs

The Queen’s Stand at Epsom Downs Racecourse lights up this week in support of Baby Loss Awareness Week.

Supporting local stillborn and neonatal death charity, Surrey Sands, and 60 other charities who are turning the UK pink and blue from 9th to 15th October to raise awareness of baby loss, the famous Epsom Downs’ stand will be lit up each night until 15th October.

“The team at Epsom Downs Racecourse are pleased to be able support Baby Loss Awareness Week,” said Simon Durrant, Epsom Downs’ General Manager.  “Surrey Sands and the other organisations leading the week provide valuable support to anyone affected by the loss of a baby, and we are happy to be able to help promote awareness of their important work.”
