Today Epsom Downs Racecourse welcomed a host of glamorous racegoers and VIPs to the first day of the Investec Derby Festival including Vogue Williams, Lee Mack, Liv Bentley, Chemmy Allcott, Vick Hope, Sarah Hadland, Kelly Eastwood and Anneka Rice.

It also saw the winner of the Investec Ladies Day Style Award partnered by Chi Chi London, judged by Vogue Williams and HELLO! magazine’s Alexandra Wilby. ITV’s Charlotte Hawkins and Mark Heyes presented the winner, Charlotte Hamilton from Cheltenham, dressed in a Chi Chi dress and vintage gloves, with a host of prizes. These include a seven-night holiday for two people at Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa in beautiful Mauritius, a bespoke hat by Jessica Rea Millinery and a year’s supply of Chi Chi London dresses;

Tomorrow Epsom Downs will host the greatest flat race in the world, the Investec Derby. Further VIPs will be in attendance including Investec Derby advocate Ant Middleton as well as Mary Berry, Jodie Kidd, Eamon Holmes, Ruth Langsford and Victoria Pendleton.
