You've been set the task of organising a momentous occasion. The options are limitless, so make it a day at the races!

 

WHEN TO COME

Eleven race fixtures take place across the year including our flagship event, The Derby Festival. Fancy dress is permitted at any time of the year in selected enclosures, we just request that it is not offensive.

 

GETTING TO EPSOM DOWNS RACECOURSE

Epsom Downs Racecourse is spoilt for train access with both Epsom Station and Tattenham Corner nearby. Epsom Station is approximately 10 minutes by taxi or bus whilst Tattenham Corner is about ½ mile walk.

Should you wish to travel by car or mini bus, parking is available.

 

THE DAY

You can expect exhilarating horse racing and entertainment! Gates open at least two hours before the first race so you can experience the on-site facilities.

The racecourse has a wide selection of bars and food outlets and on site betting facilities. For a really memorable experience book a fine dining package in one of our restaurants.

 

THE JOCKEY CLUB GROUPS TEAM

The Jockey Club Groups Team will provide one point of contact for all of your party planning, making it easy for you to join us at many of our Jockey Club Racecourses.
