Markab won the 2010 Sprint Cup in a record 1:09.40 so we've selected three tasty drink recipes that you can make in less than 70 seconds. Ready, set, go!

Strawberry Daiquiri

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 large handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1 large handful of ice cubes
  • Double measure of golden rum
  • ½ spoon of castor sugar
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice

 

Method

 

Blitz for 20 seconds in NutriBullet and pour

Passion Fruit Bomb

Ingredients

  • 50ml Malibu Passion Fruit
  • 50ml Orange Juice
  • 25ml Citric syrup
  • Soda Water
  • Ice cubes

Method

Simply pour all the liquid ingredients over ice in tumbler. Top with soda, stir and then enjoy.

Vanilla Mai Tai


Ingredients

  • 25ml Vanilla Vodka
  • 25ml Rum
  • 35ml Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 25ml Almond Syrup
  • Ice cubes

Method

Add all of the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with as much ice as you can fit, then shake it really hard. Strain into a short glass filled with ice.
