RACING BEHIND CLOSED DOORS:
Following the UK Government’s publication of a provisional timeline for the return of sport, The Resumption of Racing Group is now planning for racing to resume behind closed doors on 1 June.
Under the current plan, Haydock Park Racecourse would host two fixtures behind closed doors on 7th, 8th and 9th June.

Please note: These fixtures will not be open for the public to attend.
PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FIXTURES:
Due to the ongoing public health situation all previously scheduled horseracing fixtures in Britain have been cancelled until the end of August 2020.
In their place the British Horseracing Authority has announced a new provisional fixture list for June, July and August, subject to pending Government approval that the sport can resume. These fixtures will initially be behind closed doors and with only the minimum number of people allowed on site.
As a result, horseracing will not be able to take place in front of crowds in Britain for the foreseeable future. This means that sadly you’ll no longer be able to attend the following racedays at Haydock Park:
Betway Sparkling Saturday - 30 May
Afernoon Racing - 10 June
Silk Mill Raceday - 11 June
Tom Jones - 20 June
Glass Times Raceday - 2 July
Bet365 Old Newton Cup - 4 July
Afternoon Racing - 17 July
Afternoon Racing - 6 August
Ladies Day: Rose of Lancaster Stakes - 8 August
If you have tickets for any of our events impacted by these cancellations then we’ll be in touch with you very soon to explain the options available to you. Please be assured that The Jockey Club operates a full refund policy in the event of any raceday not taking place. If you’ve booked hospitality, our team will be in touch shortly.
Thank you for your continued support for Haydock Park.
