we can't wait to welcome you back
If you're thinking about joining us or have just booked tickets, find out all you need to know about attending the Ladbrokes Christmas Festival here.
Once you have purchased your tickets, they will not be sent until all details for track and trace have been filled in and our Covid Code on Conduct and terms of entry have been accepted.
Please note there may be a slight delay in receiving your tickets.
Face masks or face coverings must be worn at all times when at the racecourse, other than when eating and drinking.
Please note that due to Government guidelines we are not permitted to allow entry to anyone who is in a postcode identified as a Tier 3 area (or from outside England where travel to England is prohibited by separate ‘national’ Government restrictions).
If you or your guest(s) have provided a postcode which is in a Tier 3 area of the country then the ticket in their name will be cancelled and refunded. This is to protect the health of everyone attending.
We will be operating cashless sales throughout our food and drink outlets, including concessions.
For betting facilities cash payments will still be accepted, but contactless payments are recommended.
Gates open at 10am on both days of the Ladbrokes Christmas Festival. We will be staggering admission according to your surname. Please look out for an email advising you of your time slot.
Parking for all Paddock & Festival enclosure ticket holders will be via Gate 6 on Staines Road East and will be free of charge. All parking will be on hard standing ground but may be further from the entrance than you are used to.
If you have purchased a Hospitality package, you will use the Main Car Park.
All children require a ticket to comply with track and trace information. There is a small allocation of free child tickets each day, once this allocation has gone, children will need to pay the full ticket price. We have no crèche facilities.
Our dress code is smart casual – we would advise you to dress for the weather. Only badly torn denim and football shirts are discouraged. Don’t forget to bring your mask!
As all tickets issued are electronic, there will be no ticket collection point. Please remember to bring either your printed ticket or your ticket via your smart phone. If you have any problems on the day, one of our team will be able to help.
Tickets will only be available to pre-book up to 22nd December, depending on availability. You cannot book tickets on the day this year.
See our handy Guide to Enclosures to see which is best for you.
We will follow the Government guidance for bars and restaurants, in accordance with the Tier in which the racecourse is located.
Alcohol will only be available when seated. It will be available in the food court area and by food outlets and must be consumed at your table.
The centre of the course will not be open to the general public on either day of the Ladbrokes Christmas Festival.
There are no overground trains on Boxing Day.
On the 27th December there will be a limited Sunday service to Kempton Park station (on the Waterloo to Shepperton line)
As per current government guidelines, we would encourage racegoers to avoid public transport where they can.
