GOING

The going at Wincanton is firm, good to firm in places following an exceptional dry summer.

Wincanton’s Clerk of the Course, Barry Johnson, says: "It’s been a busy and dry summer!  Andrew Thornton kindly oversaw the fence modification programme where all fences are now more inviting; with all landing areas raised and levelled.

“The team is very much looking forward to proper racing.”
