MEMORABLE MOMENTS FROM DAY ONE

Welcome to Day One of the Cheltenham Festival – the pinnacle of the Jump Racing calendar. The backdrop, horses and jockeys battling to rewrite history while we stand side by side to drum up the Cheltenham Roar.

FROM GREAT TO LEGENDARY

The sound of the roar filled the racecourse, announcing the start of 2023’s Cheltenham Festival. This is the one they all long to win, many times over, above all others. And with a 100% win record this season, Constitution Hill etched his name into history by winning the Unibet Champion Hurdle Challenge and returned the 4-11 Favourite, he is the shortest-priced winner of the Unibet Champion Hurdle in its history.

FAREWELL HONEYSUCKLE

Names synonymous with racing royalty; Red Rum, Tiger Roll and now, Honeysuckle. The nine-year-old mare bowed out of racing by taking gold in the Close Brothers Mares’ Hurdle. An illustrious career, forever cemented as one of racing's greats, farewell Honeysuckle.

DAY TWO AWAITS…
