Best of Both Worlds

It’s rare to find a raceday that is truly unique but join us at Haydock Park on Pertemps Swinton Hurdle Day and you’ll be at the only fixture in Britain which combines Jump and Flat racing.

A valuable card is headlined by the Grade Three Swinton Handicap Hurdle. Although a handicap race in name, some top horses have made their mark here with recent victors including the future Grade One winner Silver Streak (2018) and the hugely impressive Copperless who landed this race for the Olly Murphy in 2021.

The Flat racing action is headlined by the Listed Spring Trophy Stakes over seven furlongs and with the best of both worlds on show there really is something for everyone.
