Badge Collection
We are pleased to offer six Owners badges per runner for sole ownership, and eight Owners badges per runner for partnerships / syndicates, plus complimentary racecards.
Please bring your PASS card with you. Requests for additional badges must be made in advance by contacting Vikki. Unfortunately, badges will not automatically be allocated to owners or trainers whose horses are non-runners after declarations. Please contact Vikki Mason via email or phone on 01942 402609 in advance with any requests.
Syndicates
We aim to welcome all of our syndicate members into our Owners & Trainers facilities whenever space allows. For larger syndicates, we will always look at alternative facilities to ensure you can all attend and enjoy the day together. For further information and all additional requests, please contact Vikki Mason who will be happy to discuss all options with you.
Members of the RSA will receive an allocation of ten O&T Entrance Badges (using the two metal JCR Racing Manager Badges) and ten meal vouchers.
All Owners wishing to attend are still required to register their attendance by 4.00pm the day before the raceday via the PASS System. You will receive an e-mail at the declaration stage with further information and instructions on how to register.
